Student Registration
The online student registration form is now open! All students within the CNMI Public School System must be registered for the new school year (2024-2025).

Before you begin…
Please get scanned copies of the following documents:
Valid student health certificate
Check the certificate expiration date
You can contact CHCC at (670)234-8950 for more information
This is required by law! (PL 06-10). See requirement notice here.
Official student & family records
Student’s birth certificate
Parent/guardian ID
Custody documentation (if applicable)
Medical documentation (if applicable)
Valid student health insurance
Medicaid is acceptable as along as the card is not expired and the student’s name is on the card.
Student insurance from private providers (Staywell, Moylan’s, etc.) is acceptable.
Academic Records (if applicable)
For transfer students: an official transcript copy is required.
For incoming 9th graders: an official middle school promotion card is required.
